CalCATS - the California County Activity Tracking System is a comprehensive software system for tracking time and expenses for Agricultural and Weights & Measures activities performed by the County staff.
Time tracking is also integrated with CalPEATS for PUE activities - enter time in CalPEATS for pesticide inspections or on your CalCATS timesheet for other PRAMR categories, and it is automatically shared between both systems.
CalCATS uses a simple pre-paid credits model for tracking system usage - you pre-pay for each fiscal year of use by purchasing usage credits. At the end of the year we reconcile the purchased credits against your actual system usage and apply any under- or over-charges to the subscription cost for the next year. Review the Subscription Agreement and complete an Order Form to purchase CalCATS usage credits. If this is your first order, we will set up your basic County data including your initial administrator account, then get in touch to introduce you to the site.
If your county is already configured in CalCATS the credits will be added to your account upon receipt of payment. Head on over to the Subscription Activity page to review and print your order form and invoice or to pay your invoice online.
